We want you to love your Gorman purchase, but if something isn't quite right, we offer returns for change of mind on full-priced items within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached to be eligible for a refund or store credit.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place your garments in their original packaging, ensuring all Gorman tags and labels remain attached.
Label and Post
Print your generated shipping label, attach it to the outside of your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized postal location.
Refund Processing
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or store credit within 5-7 business days.
